It’s been nearly a decade since we’ve been away from Leadville on the Fourth of July, but we made the most of this year’s staycation in San Jose.
After we all met up with Las Madres pals at our friend Lorraine’s house, Hen & I walked to the nearby Alameda to take in the exuberant joy & diverse celebrations of the local parade. Check out our gallery to see everything from doodles to luchadores!
